TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day subject to stock availability and security checks.
  
• When we despatch your order we will send you a despatch confirmation email to the address you provide. This email marks our formal acceptance of your order and our obligation to complete the contract.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order once it has been placed. This may be done for example if:
  - Your payment is not authorised or has been marked as fraudulent, or potentially fraudulent, by the payment system.
  - There is an error on the website regarding the price or description of a product.
  - We have tried contacting you about your order and have not heard back within a reasonable period of time.

• In the unlikely event the items you have ordered are unavailable you will be notified as soon as possible.

Delivery

• Once dispatched all orders are fully insured by Royal Mail or ourselves until they have been delivered and signed for.
• As soon as your order has been delivered, or confirmed as having been delivered by Royal Mail, then you will be responsible for them.
• In the rare event that your order is not delivered on time or lost , Watchrack will register a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf. Complete details for claims processes can be found on the Royal Mail website.

Returns

• If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return it simply contact us within 14 days.
• The watch should be returned in a new sellable condition and show no signs of damage or wear. (In simple terms nothing more then if you tried it on in a shop).
• Please note if your item has been customised at your request then we unfortunately can not accept a return. This includes engraving, bracelet adjustments and any other specified modifications.

Warranty

• All Titan watches come with 2 year warranties, The details of international service centers are listed in the owners manual, however within the UK warranties are serviced by www.intime.co.uk.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions occasionally.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by English law. If any part of the Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by law, the rest will remain valid and in operation.
